Almond Flour



3 Tbl ground flax
9 Tbl water
(mix these together, and let sit)
1/4 cup coconut oil - melted
1/4 cup yogurt or plain kefir
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup granny smith apple-chopped (I used berries, rhubarb, choco chips, seeds, nuts, etc. here)



1.) Preheat the oven to 300 degreesMix flax and water together, and let sit.

2.) Add butter, yogurt/kefir, and honey/syrup and whisk together. In another bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, and baking soda.

3.) Pour the almond flour mixture into the bowl with the wet ingredients. Slowly, add apple.

4.) Pour into muffin tin and bake 40 minutes.YUMMMM enjoy!!!
