Protein Pancakes


1 cup canned Navy Beans, drained

1 2/3 cup Water

1 Tbsp Honey or Grade B Maple Syrup

2 tsp Olive Oil or Coconut Oil

1 tsp Vanilla

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Cinnamon 

1 1/2 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats


1.) Add ingredients to blender in the order listed. Blend until well blended. Leave to thicken while you heat a pan/skillet on medium heat.

2.) Cook on until golden brown, turning as needed.

3.) I like to top mine with butter.  Also, good ol' grade B maple syrup and sea salt.
