I'll admit this salad isn't for all taste buds. It is a great way to eat more radishes (because they are super healthy for you especially as a liver cleanser), and a nice option if you're getting sick of greens.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bunch radishes (Easter Egg are my favorite)
- 3 scallions, sliced
- Greens of 1/2 bunch of radish greens (wash well because they usually have some dirt), chopped very fine
- 1/4 bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tbl coconut vinegar
- 2 Tbls olive oil
- sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) Either slice the radishes using a food processor or dice by hand with a knife.
2.) Combine with rest of ingredients.
