Ingredients:
1/2 cup Almond Flour
3/4 cup Oat Flour (just put gluten free old fashioned rolled oats in a coffee grinder)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Full Fat Canned Coconut Milk
1/4 cup Filtered Water
3 tbl Raw Honey
Handful of Raw Cacao Nibs (optional)
Coconut Oil to coat the silicone pan
Instructions:
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.) Rub coconut oil over silicone donut pan (I bought a mini donut pan on Amazon or Target or one of those sites - do your best to support local, but as far as silicone donut pans go, do what you gotta do).
3.) In a large bowl, sift almond flour, oat flour, baking powder and salt. Mix.
4.) In a small-medium bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla, coconut milk, water, and honey.
5.) Add wet to dry, or dry to wet. Fold in cacao nibs.
6.) Fill donut pan (batter will more liquidy than what is picured here).
7.) Bake for approximately 15 minutes a d ENJOY!!
Don't forget to post on Instagram with #abundelicious. I want to see what your donuts looks like!
