Nori Wraps

INGREDIENTS:

- Package of organic Nori Paper

- Juliened vegetables (carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, green onion, bell pepper, red cabbage, etc)

- Other options: hard boiled egg, mushrooms, sunflower shoots, avocado, jicama - this is a great way to use up leftovers in a creative way!) 

- Sesame oil

- non-GMO Tamari (gluten free soy sauce)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

cut nori wrap to desired size.  Lay ingredients out, and roll them up.  Use a dab of water to secure wrap like envelope.
