My love affairs (besides nutritious food, of course) consist of travelling, gardening, my dog Mona, my cat Woodrow, history documentaries about the late 1800s and tostadas. I've also recently taken up birding, so if you ever want to talk birds, you know where to find me.

Besides my passion for nutrition, I love to create new recipes, write on more books, travel, spend time in nature and try new things like painting or boxing.
