Maple + Balsamic
Brussels sprouts
Ingredients:
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1/2 cup pecans
2 Tbl coconut oil, melted
1 Tbl grade B maple syrup
½ tsp sea salt
Ground pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1.) Preheat oven to 375F.
2.) Trim ends and slice sprouts in half. Place in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss to coat.
3.) Spread in an even layer cut-side down on a baking sheet.
4.) Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
