WHO I AM

Hi, I'm Sarah. Welcome!

I am a mindful eating coach, who has been helping women understand how reactionary eating really works for over 10 years.

Once we shift our mindset and start developing the right habits, the rest falls into place without restriction or frustration.


Not understanding our current patters or how to break it is why we end up stuck. Diet culture promises us a fix, but sadly it only creates more drama and results in us feeling we can’t trust ourselves when it comes to food.

WHAT I DO

We all get stuck in patterns and stories...  

  • "I already blew it, I'll start again Monday." 

  • "All or nothing" thinking/perfectionism

  • "I am too busy for one more thing.."

  • "Now is not a good time."

  • "It's what I did last time I lost weight."

I know it sounds cheesy, but when a client of mine feels empowered with something that used to leave them feeling powerless and defeated, that is the absolute best feeling for me and I want to help more people get there. 

The relationship we have with food should be fun, empowering and nurturing not full of anxiety, conflict, and shame.
