Three-Week AbundeRESET:

WHO IT’S FOR:

AbundeRESET is a three-week intensive that takes an integrative approach to health and healing. This can be for reaching your ideal weight, detoxing or other health goals you have.

When we get clarity on WHAT we are eating and WHY, our patterns and habits can finally start to shift. With this awareness, living a balanced lifestyle full of healthy food, regular movement and consistent self care becomes second nature. We’ll have prompts each week for things you can work on in-between sessions (optional) and you will be fully supported during the RESET with Sarah as your partner and the RESET group as your community.

You will end the RESET feeling INSPIRED, EMPOWERED and UN|MESS|WITHABLE.

Shopping List​

List of foods to eliminate and increase

Recipes (all recipes are refined sugar-free, gluten free and processed food free)

Accountability Coaching:

HIPAA compliant direct messaging with Sarah.

Track hydration, exercise, meditation, supplements and other habits you are looking to build.​

​Syncing with all major wearable devices.

Community of other “RESET-ers" to connect with and share tips and experiences.

WEEK ONE:

- What foods lower inflammation and give your body and brain a boost of oxygen.

- How to reduce sugar cravings and increase energy (especially mid-day).

WEEK TWO:

- Now that we’ve tried a few things, let’s go over what has become habitual and what feels overwhelming.

- Learn the “formula” that makes it easy and simple to eat nutrient dense and whole food on the go, in a hurry and on a budget.

WEEK THREE:

- Techniques for letting go of perfectionism, “all or nothing” thought traps, and other mindsets that sabotage our best wellness efforts.

- How to recalibrate your stress response.
