WHO I AM
Hi, I'm Sarah. Welcome!
I am an AADP board certified health and wellness coach, that has been helping women overcome emotional eating, tricky digestion and anxiety for over ten years.
My clients and I work. Together on helping them feel more in charge of what they eat. Not in control or eating less for the sake of eating less, but understanding what habits, feelings, and patterns keep them in the current loop they are experiencing.
Not understanding this loop or how to break it is why we end up stuck. Diet culture promises us a fix, but sadly it only creates more drama and results in us feeling we can’t trust ourselves when it comes to food.
WHAT I DO
We all get stuck in patterns and stories...
"I already blew it, I'll start again Monday."
"All or nothing" thinking/perfectionism
"I am too busy for one more thing.."
"Now is not a good time."
"It's what I did last time I lost weight."
I know it sounds cheesy, but when a client of mine feels empowered with something that used to leave them feeling powerless and defeated (like with emotional eating or weight loss), that is the absolute best feeling for me and I want to help more people get there.
The relationship we have with food should be fun, empowering and nurturing not full of anxiety, conflict, and shame.
